These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Enigma Papers platform.
By accessing or using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. General terms
Use the platform only for lawful puzzle creation, administration, and play. Do not interfere with access controls, scoring, security, or other users.
The platform software, design, branding, and materials remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops.
2. Player terms
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Some puzzles may involve physical activity or real-world locations, and you remain responsible for your own safety.
Progress, scoring, and availability can be affected by device, network, timezone, or builder configuration.
Players must not cheat, exploit gameplay, or interfere with other participants.
3. Builder terms
Builders remain responsible for the puzzle content they publish, including safety, correctness, permissions, and any real-world dependencies.
You must test your puzzle thoroughly before launch and ensure any AI-assisted or evaluator-backed logic is suitable for real users.
You grant the platform the rights needed to host, test, and distribute your puzzle content as part of the service.
